Visitor Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I am entering an active warehouse environment where heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes) and materials (quartz, granite, porcelain, stone slabs) are stored, handled, and fabricated.
2. I will follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions given by Square Surfaces staff.
3. I understand that Square Surfaces is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during my visit, except as required by law.
4. I assume full responsibility for my own safety and that of any accompanying guests while on premises.
5. I release Square Surfaces, its employees, owners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from my visit.

Slab Hold Policy

1. Slabs may be placed on hold for a maximum of 10 calendar days without deposit.
2. To extend a hold beyond 10 days, a 25% deposit of the slab value is required.
3. Slabs not purchased or scheduled for fabrication/installation within the hold period will be released back into inventory.
4. Deposits on held slabs are non-refundable but may be applied to a future order within 30 days.
5. Square Surfaces reserves the right to revoke or adjust hold policies at any time depending on demand and inventory availability.
6. Natural stone and engineered slabs inherently vary in color, veining, and pattern from sample pieces and showroom displays.
